Noel W. Russell, M.B.,B.S. F.R.A.C.S

Noel has a welcoming approach with all patients, whether first referrals or returning, which should make your visit comfortable and relaxed. He has a particular way with children, having four of his own. Conversation will often turn to football, in which he has a passionate interest.

You should always feel that your questions have been answered and your time is valued.

Jane

Practice Manager/Nurse

Our practice manager, Jane, is a breath of fresh air, always there to lend a hand in the procedure room or to provide answers to those difficult questions. She is very knowledgeable and understanding of the issues related to having surgery and will be able to inform and reassure when required. She has a particular delight assisting with small babies, which is always helpful when a second pair of hands is required.

Loretta

Receptionist/Secretary

Loretta has been with us from the very first day, 20+ years ago, so there is very little that she has not seen, heard or otherwise dealt with. She is a wealth of information and experience and has the resources to tap in to any of your needs in a friendly reassuring manner. She will especially love to talk with you about her increasing number of grandchildren!

Elizabeth

Receptionist/Secretary

Elizabeth is a welcome addition to our staff. With her gentle disposition and "can do" ability, she will assist you throughout your care. Elizabeth brings with her a varied medical experience and can lend her practical hand to anything.

Receptionist/Secretary

Donna has seamlessly joined our staff. She brings a friendly, optimistic and kind manner to all. Donna's varied background, from graphic design to hospital work, adds a practical and much appreciated facet to our team. She is a great problem solver and nothing seems to faze her.
